What do we even do?

The purpose of Michigan Parkour is to creatively explore and engage with our urban environment, develop our individual physical and mental capabilities to the best of our ability, and communicate to the society at large a better understanding of what Parkour truly means and represents as a movement discipline.

Training approach

No, we do not "jump of walls and rooftops" all day long. We are very methodical in our aproach to training and for the most part work to perfect our reflexes dozens of times on the ground before we take it even 5 inches high. Repetition, wise repetition, as Vanya (our past president) would say.
